Mulberry tree bark
The branches of the mulberry shrubs are harvested in the autumn, and the innermost layer of bark (white bark) is stripped from the timber and boiled in a mixture of water and soda ash. The strips are then beaten by hand until they have been well separated.
The diffuser is formed by hand sewing each of the prepared clusters of fiber to a cotton grid, which has been fastened to the base structure.
The colour of the material is a soft white that yellows a little with age. To clean diffusers in this material, we recommend that they be dusted or lightly vacuumed.

" The Hopescape "
A mythical light landscape that represents a beacon of hope for all, expressing positivity in a complex world.
Through words that reflect diverse stories, it’s a piece of self realisation, where our team of artisans and designers express their inner thoughts using scrap waste from our production processes, so a plea for a second chance is also alluded to.
With a controlled randomness, Hopescape is created in bamboo and super fine mulberry fibre paper almost as light as air, an ephemeral landscape where folds and flows of light energy are expressed, and different intervals and intensity of the material modulate the light from the central light sources.

พื้นที่ของความหวังที่ไม่มีที่สิ้นสุดซึ่งเต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วย ความฝัน ความหวัง และ ความมีชีวิตชีวา ที่ทุกคนสามารถแสดงออกได้ในทุกๆ ภาษา ผ่านตัวอักษรสะท้อนเรื่องราวต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงคนอีกหลายๆ คนเข้าถึงกันและส่งต่อแรงบันดาลใจให้กับอีกคนที่อาจหลงลืมความฝันของตัวเองไป ไม่ว่าจะเล็กหรือใหญ่ อยากให้ทุกคนกล้าที่จะฝันและทำให้เป็นจริง
งาน " The Hopescape " เป็นการนำเศษวัสดุที่เหลือของเรากลับมาเป็นงาน Art sculpture เพราะ คุณค่าของเศษวัสดุไม่ควรถูกมองว่าเป็นขยะเพียงเพราะว่ามันไม่สามารถใช้ต่อได้ มาสร้างเป็นพื้นที่ส่งผ่านข้อความจากหลายๆ คนหลากหลายภาษา ที่มีความหวังในขีวิตและอยากส่งต่อแรงบันดาลใจแห่งความหวังนี้ต่อไป
